Retreats and workshops are a great way to spend a little more time focusing on a specific theme or goal, whether it is relaxation, friendships, self care, pose alignment, family time, or strategies for incorporating yoga and mindfulness into your home or workplace.

Unlike a class, retreats allow for a little more discussion and interaction between participants, and activities that normally would not fit into a class. Retreats can really focus on any theme that falls under yoga, mindfulness, emotional learning, self care, relaxation, nature, and experiential learning; so if you don’t see something here you’re looking for, or have an idea for a group you have put together, please contact me and we can sort out the details together!
