Connect and find balance through yoga, mindfulness, nature, experiential & emotional learning so they can grow happy, healthy and confident together. 

Yoga for the whole family

While the focus is on kids, I believe in a whole family approach to physical and emotional health. 

Kids and adult classes look very different, but the concepts and skills practiced are the same. When kids and their caregivers are given the same tools and education, it makes it easier for everyone to be on the same page and keep the discussion going “off the mat” at home. 

We offer a variety of ways for kids and their caregivers to connect and become part of the Salty Community. 

Classes

We offer classes for all ages and abilities - whether you're 6, 16, or 60!

Schools

The social emotional learning aspects of yoga and mindfulness make it an excellent fit for schools.
Kids and teachers can learn bite size strategies that easily incorporate into the classroom.

camps

We offer shorter camps (a couple of hours) as well as full day camps that allow us to explore activities we don't have time for in a regular class.

The free resource library has worksheets, games, videos & more.

Retreats

Retreats allow us to take time for self-care and connection, either with ourselves or as a family.

Not your Mama's Yoga Class!

Yoga and mindfulness don’t have to be serious or quiet to be effective. In fact, it’s quite the opposite! 

In kids yoga we teach the concepts and skills needed to self regulate and be emotionally intelligent through games, activities, songs, stories and lots of active movement. 

Kids spend enough time having to sit quietly in school. We want learning to be a positive, fun experience that can grow and evolve along with each child and their needs.
