While the focus is on kids, I believe in a whole family approach to physical and emotional health.
Kids and adult classes look very different, but the concepts and skills practiced are the same. When kids and their caregivers are given the same tools and education, it makes it easier for everyone to be on the same page and keep the discussion going “off the mat” at home.
We offer a variety of ways for kids and their caregivers to connect and become part of the Salty Community.
We offer shorter camps (a couple of hours) as well as full day camps that allow us to explore activities we don't have time for in a regular class.
The free resource library has worksheets, games, videos & more.
Yoga and mindfulness don’t have to be serious or quiet to be effective. In fact, it’s quite the opposite!
In kids yoga we teach the concepts and skills needed to self regulate and be emotionally intelligent through games, activities, songs, stories and lots of active movement.
Kids spend enough time having to sit quietly in school. We want learning to be a positive, fun experience that can grow and evolve along with each child and their needs.
